1. On menu bar, click on Dial-up Wizard Download Then click on OPEN. This will put an icon on your desktop
2 Go to your desktop and click on the icon, You will see the screen below.
3. Enter your user name which will be [email protected].
4. In the space for the password enter your password.
5. Click on Properties and enter the pop number in your area and click OK.
6. Return to the screen where you entered your username and password.
7. Click on CONNECT.
8. If you are not connected check your phone line.
9. If you keep getting knocked off line disable call waiting.
